Autocars Julià

The bus itself was good and comfortable, but the service was very poor. There was no air conditioning during the entire trip, which made the journey extremely uncomfortable, especially with a full bus and many children on board. Overall, the vehicle was fine, but the lack of proper service and conditions made the experience disappointing.

They don't accept payment with cards, I went to the ATM and the bus left with my mother on board, then she was dropped on a street nearby. With all the "digitalization support fees" from the government for PYMEs, it's incredible it's an "only cash" payment service.... you are dealing with tourists, evolve and get technology to charge with cards on your buses. Disappointing and unacceptable service..... 👎🏻 Bad customer support service from the driver of the bus. Please specify on your website and publications that refer you, you only receive cash, so people could be prepared before finding the bus stop, that is another challenge to find in Sants. Not recomendable, not a tourist friendly…

The bus never came!!! We waited at barcelona t2 to go to andorra on 29th of january at 20:15 but the busy simply never arrived

On a recent visit Marzo 2025 , I noted a number of your vehicles out & about around Barcelona and made a point of visiting your garage. I walked from Sants station using Google maps to find your location. I had always been impressed by your vehicles since I first rode on one of your coaches whilst I was staying in Estapona. I must admit to being a Bus spotter who writes down and records Matricular & Flota numeros. Currently living in Castilla la Mancha.

Amazing service! Thank you very much for your support. Lorenzo was the best driver and the most professional!
