Alquiler de furgonetas y coches en Barcelona MALCO RENT A CAR

Very good cars and service. Even though the location isn’t at the airport, it’s close to the metro, which makes it convenient. They don’t try to upsell unnecessary extras. The cars are in perfect condition, and the deposit is reasonable. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Top service the whole team is very polite and always looking for solutions! I would recommend it to everyone. Also the car is in an excellent condition! Very happy to find these guys!

Unfortunately this time we had a very bad experience. We arrived on Saturday morning to pick up a van we reserved some weeks back but the car was not there. We were told they don’t have it anymore and we can have a big van instead which we did not reserve as I does not fit in Our garage. No sorry no remorse, just it’s not there and that’s it and it’s our problem now. Shocking customer service. Better go somewhere else as your car is not guaranteed!

Disappointing! Booked a specific size van (essential as had to be access a garage), received confirmation. Arrived early morning to collect, only to be told that the size I reserved was not available. They offered a larger one, when I explained it was not suitable, they said I had booked the larger size. Showed my booking confirming the smaller size, and their response - not my problem we don’t have it! Terrible customer service.

Stress-free rental! Brand new car, easy collection and return, and friendly professional service. Made our trip amazing. Thanks a lot
