Barcelona Tours Transfers S.L

I had a great experience with Barcelona Tours Transfers. After my parents’ flight was canceled and rescheduled, it was so easy to get in contact with someone and rearrange a pick up time. My parents loved the service and said that their driver was so sweet. Will definitely be using this service again whenever we are in Barcelona!

Great service and very understanding with a mix up of dates on my behalf. The driver was prompt and friendly. He also had a lot of local knowledge. Would use again

The company was responsive and quick to make arrangements on such short notice, however, be warned about the time. The company will start their timer ay the time the flight lands which means the plane isn't even parked. And because our flight was delayed on the tarmac for a while, we were charged an additional 79 euros on top of the 79 paid in the beginning at BCN airport. I can understand perhaps charging for additional minutes but a whole other transfer for 79 is absurd. I booked the company based on hotel recommendation and bc my mother was in a wheelchair, but I will not do it again. I do not recommend. Get a cab instead.

Roberto is the best!! He helped me plan a great itinerary and even procured all the tickets for me so all I had to do was use Apple Pay! Thank you Roberto :)

He is Kind and kind. This is good conducteur and good person.
