Moventis Costa

Shame this is the only company servicing Barcelona to Costa Brava. Had a terrible experience. Waited at bus stop for 9:35am bus in Lloret de Mar. Never showed up. 9:55am bus arrived and refused to let us on. Driver was rude and said it wasn’t his problem. I would have bought another 2 tickets but the option was not given. We waited for another and this one didn’t allow us on also. We walked 15 minutes to the main bus station where she told us the driver didn’t come in for our bus. How were we supposed to know that? Absolute disgrace. If I could give 0 stars I would. The saving grace was the woman working the counter at the main station who moved our tickets to a bus 2 hours later than what…

Bus from Lloret de Mar to Barcelona was delayed for an hour. And since you can buy tickets only for a specific time, you are forced to wait while watching other buses with the same destination leave before your eyes. Instead of exploring Barcelona in the early hours we are forced to wait in the hot and humid environment due to the company's faults. I didn't pay for my vacation and bus ticket to wait in a crusty old bus station. Happened on July 3rd with the 9:15 bus to Barcelona from Lloret de Mar main station. Delays such as this should warrant a free refund, absolutely unacceptable.

Worst possible bus transfer, I was late to my destination by 1.5 hours. Another time I booked, the bus did not have an AC, and this is in the midst of hot Spanish summer It's a shame that they are the only operator for transfers from Barcelona to smaller coastal cities

Unfortunately I share the bad experience. No card payment was possible! (Nowadays when most countries are cashless) The driver was very aggressive and unfriendly and just threw two elderly people out of the bus out into the hot road:( close to Lloret del Mar. L1 bus.

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful, an hour late into Barcelona as the driver was trying to sell more tickets. Eating into our little time we had to explore the city. Will be complaining and expect some form of compensation as if we had knew the bus would be late we would have got on an earlier bus…….
